ABOUT ABOUT

Like you, staff at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) cares about the neighborhoods and communities where we live and work.  Our vision is to focus future development by increasing regional cooperation and government efficiency to ensure diversity, equity, and livability.  The Breaking Ground Conference Series enables DVRPC to highlight strategies local governments can employ to help bring our vision to life!

Our goal is to offer a fun, engaging, and educational event for our member governments and partners, but we need your help!  That is why we are inviting you to exhibit in our Learning Lounge at our 5th Breaking Ground Conference event on Thursday, March 22, 2018, from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel, in Center City Philadelphia.

The Learning Lounge offers a unique opportunity to meet numerous officials involved in planning, development and the local decision making process.  In this area, we will highlight available technologies for local governments as well as partner organizations.  By participating, you have the opportunity to support and advertise your products or services to municipal officials, federal and state employees, non-profit staff, planners, architects, engineers, economic development professionals, and consultants.

The cost to participate at our event is nominal and we accept reservations on a first‐come, first‐served basis.   We simply ask that you agree to our terms and conditions, which are that your exhibit must be interactive and that you are responsible for addressing any safety concerns specific to your display space.  We realize that you have difficult decisions regarding the best use of your limited resources, and we appreciate your consideration.  We are very excited to host this valuable educational event for our planning partners and hope you join us at Breaking Ground 2018!
