Join Phoenixville Borough, West Chester Business Improvement District, Historic Kennett Square, the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC), and the American Planning Association Pennsylvania Chapter Southeast Section (APAPASE) for a trolley tour of the Classic Towns of Chester County--Phoenixville, West Chester, and Kennett Square. The event will last from 8:30 am to 4:00pm and includes breakfast and lunch. Casual walking attire is recommended. Free all day parking is available in Taylor Alley Lot, adjacent to Borough Hall.
