This joint Healthy Communities Task Force and FitCityPHL meeting will explore the relationship between neighborhood change and health. Anne Fadullon, the Director of Planning and Development with the City of Philadelphia, will present on the state of residential development in Philadelphia and Dr. Sungwoo Lim, Director of Research and Evaluation with the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, will present his research on the health impacts of gentrification in New York City.
The meeting will also include a panel of local practitioners and researchers working across a variety of sectors to address some of the issues around neighborhood change and health outcomes. Panelists include:

- James Wright, Director of Community, Economic, and Real Estate Development, People's Emergency Center
- Davin Reed, Ph.D., Community Development Economic Advisor, Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia
