Exploring Data Visualizations | Alex Rice and Stephen Mitchell - Tableau Software
What are the best ways to quickly and effectively make sense of data? During this session, we'll explore the science behind data visualization and use Tableau to uncover the hidden stories and patterns within our data. We'll get hands on with visual and geospatial analysis, and then walk through how to dynamically present those findings to others.
RUTI, Bicycle Routing and Trip Planning Service | Corey Acri (AG Strategic Design) and Cassidy Boulan (DVRPC)
Ruti is a text-message-based, trip planning tool that finds the bike route with the least amount of car traffic, or traffic stress. The project team will give an introduction and insight in to the development and workings of this tool.
