The Central Jersey Transportation Forum, formed 1999, meets regularly to discuss and address concerns of municipalities in Mercer, Middlesex, and Somerset counties focused on the US 1, US 130, and US 206 corridors. This partnership is facilitated by DVRPC, in coordination with North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority (NJTPA) and New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT). Please join us for a 12 noon lunch, followed by a 1pm meeting.

  3. Gateway Program economic study & requests for support 
    a. Presentation on Amtrak and GDC’s Gateway Program Economic Benefits Report: a formal cost benefit analysis
    b. Proposal of two separate letters of support for legislation that will allow progress on the Gateway (VOTE)
     
  4. Vision Zero at Greater Mercer TMA 
    Cheryl Kastrenakes will present the TMA’s new Vision Zero policy initiative
     
  5. Automated Collision Avoidance for Busses
    Jerry Lutin, NJTRANSIT (retired) will discuss safety technologies for transit
